The house offers 3 large luxurious bedrooms, 2 are ensuite, a family bathroom and a further small bedroom suitable for up to two children. Hisa Kal has an fantastic modern kitchen equipped with all the necessary appliances including a large Amercian refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher etc. A useful utility room provides a place to hang coats and change boots after hiking. The utility room also houses washing machine and tumble dryer and a separate toilet. A beautiful spacious dining area leading to the fabulous open plan living area which spans the entire top floor, with cathedral ceilings, original wooden beams, wood burning fireplace and probably the best views in Slovenia, 180 degree views reaching to the Adriatic sea in one direction and the snow covered Dolomites in the other direction. With no neighbours closeby the house offers complete privacy and relaxation, a lovely terrace offers a great outdoor space to to eat and cook al fresco. A smaller covered terrace also offers a wonderful place to eat or just sit and enjoy the views and surroundings.
